Payments Accepted – We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.  We also accept Paypal.  For ongoing services with monthly charges, customers can store a card on file with us and receive automated billing at no extra charge.  If a customer chooses not to have automated billing, there will be a $5 service charge for us having to invoice you monthly.  One-time payments for services have no extra fees regardless of your method of payment.

 

Refund Policy – We have a 100% money back guarantee for the first 5 days after making a purchase of any service for almost any reason.  Contact us via email @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your Refund Request, so we can document your request.  You may also give us a call, after you have emailed us with your request, to expedite your refund process.

 

Late Payment Policy –

One Time Payments:  Payment is considered due on the date the invoice is created for services rendered.  Your payment is considered late 15 days after the invoice date. 

Monthly Payments:  Payment is considered due on the actual day of your recurring invoice.  Your payment is considered late 5 days after the invoice date.  If you have not contacted us to arrange your payment within 5 days, we will discontinue your service(s) until payment is made.  If your late payment is not made within 30 days of the invoice date, we will charge you an additional one-time setup fee to restart your services.  This setup fee will compensate us for the extra time taken to stop and then restart your services for non-payment.  This setup fee shall not exceed $50 regardless of the amount of services we are providing for you.
